Birdmonster - who have been here in LA hard at work on their debut LP, and Austin favorites SOUND team will hit the same stage TONIGHT at Club Spaceland. Birdmonster have been keeping an amazing blog of their work in the studio. You can read it here. The band is heading back to San Fran on Wednesday, but never fear! They are planning a small tour in March out to Dallas/Austin for the GvB showcase and (possibly) SXSW. I was heard a couple tracks off their new album and even in there extremely rough and unmastered state they sound simply incredible. Birdmonster go on at 9 PM and SOUND team at 10 PM, so you better get there right when doors open. LAKE TROUT - ED Went to see Lake Trout on Friday and they were incredible. Soo much fun on stage. There songs are just as amazing live. I talked to Ed after they played. I was flustered (haha what can I say it happend when Im near a hot guy) And he told me they are going to TRY and come back to the left side before December. Be still, my heart is breaking.
