The band played Coachella over the weekend. Sure it was exciting and filled with noise pop goodness. I was probably still trying to jimmy open my fucking glove box while they were playing. I am very excited to see them for the first time live tonight. I have been trying to think of the best way to describe The Octopus Project all morning. For some reason a Rubik's Cube keeps popping to mind. Completely colorful experimental electronic pop. I'm a sucker for sweeping instrumentals. Their music is insane and I'm in love with it. Octopus Project is amazing. I'm really sad i was at one of their shows, but had to leave early due to curfew. and then the next time my friend didn't have a ticket. Still, i love them greatly. and love that you put them on the blog!
