My Girlfriend - Neko Case I have been a total slacker getting this list posted. It's been completed for well over 2 weeks. No excuses. Yeah yeah - I know "Year End Lists" are done to death and everyone has an opinion of what albums should and SHOULD NOT be in a certain list. My End Of The Year list is comprised solely of albums I listened to on repeat, albums that made me cry, albums that made me dance with hairbrushes, and albums that keep me blogging everyday. I bought Neko Case's Fox Confessor Brings The Flood at Amoeba Records on a cold Sunday night back in March. I put in my stereo and instantly fell deeply madly in love with Neko Case's robust voice and simply fantastic lyrics. I've been asked several times this year what "My Favorite Album Thus Far" has been and Neko consistently won. My marriage proposal still stands Neko. 2.
