Two Amazing Shows Tonight...Let's Independent and Amoeba
![]() Tonight should be magical with a killer lineup set to take the stage at Boardner's for Radio Free Silver Lake's next round of Let's Independent. As of late, in general, LA bookers have been doing a great job of lining up bands that will give a night of devastating beauty. This promises to be no different. You'd be a great fool or you'd have to be reallllllly important to miss a lineup this good. A few words if I may: XuXu Fang: You guys make some of the coolest heavy, vibey music in LA. Freaking beautiful. If any of you haven't bought their latest "These Days" you'd be a happier human if you did. In Waves: Your layers of sound are a soundtrack in my mind for living in LA. Signal Hill: Such subtle beauty. I'd love to hear you on a huge sound system to make me cry. Tonight will be bananas to put it mildly. ***************NEXT UP************************** To really pack your night in, before the Let's Independent show, head over to Amoeba at 6PM to catch indie doll faces Tegan and Sara for FREE! ![]() The newest from them has been getting a lot of talk all over the blog world. They've been selling out just about anywhere they play and we get them for free. Just go tonight and I promise you won't be disappointed. So fun to watch! If you are tied up and can't make it you can at least watch the webcast of it here. What's nice is that tonight seems like it was made for these two shows.
