Why Oh Why Did I Miss Daft Punk On Saturday?

If You Don't See Daft Punk - YOU WILL REGRET IT.

It seems like every person I know went to see Daft Punk at the LA Sports Arena on Saturday. Big Whoop right? I thought that too - until every single person who went told me it was the best show they've been to in their ENTIRE LIFE.

The show marked the first time DAFT PUNK had played in Los Angeles in almost TEN YEARS. The duo turned the sold out arena (well over 15,000 people) into the world's biggest and best dance party. My friend Tim described the show as "Apocalyptic." "You felt like it was the last day on earth - but didn't care. We're all gonna die so we're just going to dance into oblivion."

After a statement like that and 600 myspace bulletins from people who went I immediately started trolling the internets for photos, video, ANYTHING from the show.

I seriously can't believe I miss this. Everyone I've talked to has said it's nothing short of MIND BLOWING.

Daft Punk are playing five more shows. Only two still have tickets left so get them while you can!

I think you missed it cause of the claustrophobia. Just saying.

i saw the show, and it was absolutely devastating. the most epic event i've ever witnessed in my entire life. there are no words to describe how amazing and invigorating that performance was- how they orchestrate their sound and themes together. jesus. it was totally overwhelming. best show ever.

Hey guys, i was wondering if anyone knows if they are going to release any video or the music like in Coachella for the Los Angeles Concert on the 21st. If anyone know anything please, to this. Thank you.

After leaving the show last Saturday night I was having trouble trying to figure out what to do with myself. So blown away by what I had just witnessed, I just stood there starring at my friends in a state of confusion. I now have sat at my desk at work for the last four days doing the same thing. I purchased five lotto tickets today hoping the outcome could support myself to leave this job and follow these two electronic gods on a world wide tour where I could jump out of my skin at every show. goddamn that show was really really good.

i just saw them last night at the Berkeley show, and i have to say, not even jokingly, it was quite possibly the single greatest experience of my life. From the moment they come onthe set never breaks up, and the lightshow just gets better and better. it was amazing.
