The Dears Sign To Dangerbird

The Dears (Montreal, Canada) Back when I first started this blog I was absolutely obsessed with The Dears. They are both weird and classic at the same time. Some define their sound as Orchestral Indie Pop. I just think it sounds like a 60s pop station on barbiturates.  I even got to meet them up close and personal when Marjorie Fair and Shout Out Louds - both bands I worked with at the time were chosen to support them on tour. The Dears new album is titled Missiles and will be released in the US on October 21st via Dangerbird Records. PS. Dangerbird also released Darker My Love's new album 2 this week.
