In Loving Memory: Pablo Thrailkill Castelaz (2003-2009)
![]() I'm sure most of you have heard the news by now of the passing of young Pablo Thrailkill Castelaz - the son of Dangerbird co-founder Jeff Castelaz. Jeff and his family shared their story with the world through their Pablog! holding nothing back. I followed their saga for over 9 months and like many was truly inspired by Pablo's strength, joy, and infectious smile. Pablo was diagnosed with bilateral wilms tumor- a very rare form of pediatric cancer. This led to the founding of The Pablove Foundation which donates money to the Childrens Hospital LA. Sadly this past Saturday June 27th, 2009 Pablo passed away. He was 6 years old. Tomorrow night's Eulogies/ Bad Veins which will also features performances from Avi Buffalo has now been made a benefit show with all proceeds going to The Pablove Foundation. I wanted to ask if you have a few dollars to spare please donate a few dollars in Pablo's honor. ![]() A Benefit For THE PABLOVE FOUNDATION Fighting Childhood Cancer With Love In Memory Of Pablo Thrailkill Castelaz June 21st, 2003 - June 27th, 2009 Rest In Peace Performances from: Eulogies Bad Veins Avi Buffalo A Decent Animal TICKETS AVAILABLE NOW AT TICKET WEB $10 Advance | $12 Day Of Show | Doors at 8pm | All Ages A proceeds benefit The Pablove Foundation / Children's Hospital LA Labels: avi buffalo, dangerbird, eulogies, pablove, the echo |
