Sunny Day Real Estate (Seattle, WA) My little emo heart leaped for joy when I heard that Sunny Day Real Estate were reuniting for a tour this fall after a 10 year hiatus. I haven't bought a concert ticket on Ticketmaster in years and the second the Henry Fonda show went on pre-sale I had my tickets. Sub Pop will also re-issue both Diary and LP2. Both re-mastered albums will include rare bonus tracks as well as newly written liner notes and will be released on both CD and LP on Sept. 15th. Still waiting for Fugazi and Refused to reunite.
